Description

The Intelligent Services team sits in the company's AI Innovation organization and builds the core layer for enterprise search, agentic AI, and intelligent workflows across the company's platform.

The team's work underpins the company's AI features and aims to give it an edge in building AI that understands a customer's own business.

The role leads product management for Search AI, covering conversational search that understands context, anticipates needs, and drives measurable value and CSAT insight.

The company is scaling toward $30B+ in revenue, and this role helps shape the search and conversational experiences that support that growth.

You will also lead a small team and bring user insight into product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy for search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question answering.
  • Shape the product story, win executive support, and make sure each initiative delivers measurable business and customer results.
  • Give engineering, ML research, UX research, and design teams clear, actionable requirements so advanced search features ship quickly and at high quality.
  • Use customer pilots, user research, and market insight to build experiences that feel intuitive, contextual, and essential.
  • Work with other product teams to bring search and GenAI capabilities into the wider platform.
  • Define and refine metrics that show the real-world performance, relevance, and business value of search and AI features.
  • Manage and mentor 4 or more Product Managers, building a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical depth.

Requirements

  • You are a technical product leader with deep enterprise search experience and a drive to build AI-powered products.
  • 10+ years building and leading high-performing product teams, including mentoring junior leaders and working across functions.
  • 8+ years in software product management, with hands-on work building search or RAG products that produced measurable impact.
  • Solid grasp of AI/ML frameworks and modern search tools such as Moveworks, Glean, Elasticsearch, or Coveo, and the ability to assess, integrate, and build on capabilities like context awareness, data indexing, and relevance ranking.
  • A record of shipping high-quality, scalable features quickly while keeping a sharp focus on outcomes.
  • Deep empathy for users and the ability to turn complex needs into simple, customer-centric solutions.
  • Skill in using qualitative and quantitative data to test hypotheses, guide strategy, and measure success.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, finding root problems, and explaining trade-offs clearly to drive decisions.
