Description

Ridgeline is building AI capabilities that help investment management firms work with greater speed, confidence, and scale. As a Senior Staff AI Product Manager on the Agent Foundry team, you will lead major AI product initiatives that leverage Ridgeline’s platform and solve important customer and business problems throughout the product. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, data, security, customer-facing teams, and leadership.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. We act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.

The impact you’ll have

Own product direction and roadmap for Ridgeline's agentic capabilities, aligning customer and operations needs, platform strategy, technical realities, and business outcomes.

Lead high-visibility, multi-squad initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement; establish clear goals and measures of success.

Identify and prioritize customer problems where AI agents and platform capabilities can create meaningful, differentiated value in investment management workflows.

Partner with engineering, design, data, and security to make sound decisions across model and architecture choices, orchestration, evaluation, integrations, reliability, and user experience.

Translate ambiguous opportunities into executable plans, make high-impact trade-offs, manage dependencies, and secure cross-functional alignment and resources.

Use customer research, product data, experiments, and operational insight to validate hypotheses, manage risk, and demonstrate customer and business impact.

Follow practices for evaluating AI quality, safety, trust, and performance that help teams deliver useful, reliable, enterprise-ready experiences.

Champion outcome-focused delivery and improve how teams plan, build, evaluate, and scale AI capabilities across the product lifecycle.

Influence priorities across product and platform teams, communicate decisions with clarity and conviction, and handle complex customer and stakeholder conversations with poise.

Mentor and sponsor PM talent, share effective product practices, and help strengthen product management across Ridgeline.

Promote responsible AI adoption through practical guidance, thoughtful experimentation, and transparent communication about capabilities and limitations.

Represent Ridgeline in relevant customer, partner, and industry settings, contributing practical insight on AI product development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise software, platform, data, or AI product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering significant, cross-functional product capabilities from discovery through launch and adoption, with measurable customer or business outcomes.
  • Strong product judgment and strategic execution: able to set direction for a substantial product area, prioritize investment, and connect roadmap choices to business value.
  • Practical understanding of AI/ML product development, including familiarity with LLM-based products, agent or workflow patterns, evaluation, and the operational considerations of production AI.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering and design partners on technical trade-offs, platform constraints, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
  • Skill in using customer evidence, product data, and experimentation to make decisions and communicate risks and trade-offs.
  • A track record of influencing stakeholders across teams and functions, building trust, and driving alignment without relying on formal authority.
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Sound judgment around responsible AI, including privacy, security, quality, transparency, and human oversight.
  • Bonus
  • Experience building multi-tenant AI platforms, agent frameworks, or enterprise AI products.
  • Familiarity with investment management workflows, financial services, or complex data-intensive business processes.
