Description

You will set the product direction for the trust, security, and compliance features of the company's agentic AI platform. This is a highly visible role for someone who has shipped SaaS products in regulated settings and can turn frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and other privacy rules into product requirements, engineering tasks, and customer confidence.

The company serves professionals in legal, tax, accounting, compliance, government, and media. It has about 26,000 employees across more than 70 countries, and staff have room to contribute and grow within flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for compliance-relevant platform features, including identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, and secure deployment models.
  • Turn FedRAMP, GDPR, IRAP, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other framework obligations into clear product and engineering requirements.
  • Work with security and engineering to build compliance and security needs into the development pipeline.
  • With security and infrastructure teams, define requirements for FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography, Trusted Internet Connections (TIC), NIST 800-53, and other federal security mandates.
  • Work with legal, security, and compliance teams so the product can produce the evidence and controls auditors need.
  • Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that pass both engineering and audit review. Set success metrics for compliance features, report progress to leadership, and make sure QA plans meet regulatory needs.
  • Balance regulatory and enterprise demands against platform speed and customer needs when setting priorities. Track changing rules and bring them into the roadmap early.
  • Support sales, customer success, and solutions engineering on the needs of enterprise and government customers.

Requirements

  • Product management experience in a SaaS environment, with a record of owning and shipping roadmaps.
  • Experience with AI/ML products, agentic systems, or platforms that make autonomous decisions, including their trust, safety, and governance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience building products that must meet regulatory or industry frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC, and HIPAA. Deep expertise in one framework is not needed. What counts is routinely building compliance into product work.
  • Experience in agile teams using modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with security, legal, and compliance teams through formal audit cycles.
  • Technical fluency to hold detailed discussions with engineers about architecture, security controls, and infrastructure trade-offs.
  • Strong written communication, including PRDs and executive summaries.
  • Strong stakeholder management, aligning engineering, legal, security, sales, and executive leaders around one roadmap.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, progressive culture.
  • Preferred: prior work supporting a FedRAMP ATO (Authority to Operate) or a similar government authorization process.
  • Preferred: experience with other compliance standards such as SOC, HIPAA, and data residency or sovereignty rules in international markets.
