Description

You act as a strategic technical lead, working with sales and internal teams to drive complex enterprise outcomes in your territory.

You take end-to-end ownership of technical wins, connecting business transformation with advanced data architecture, ecosystem integrations and practical AI use cases.

Through in-depth advisory discovery, you identify the technical needs of enterprise IT and business leaders and guide them on modernizing their workflows with the company's platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of sales opportunities, covering integration and data management both outside the company and within its platform.
• Act as the main technical partner on enterprise opportunities, linking technical expertise to customer needs throughout the sales process.
• Lead IT conversations on how the platform fits a customer's users and technology ecosystem.
• Work with regional sales directors and other customer-facing teams to uncover customer challenges and requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional company resources across customer-facing initiatives.
• Design tailored solutions that help customers rebuild their finance processes.
• With solution consultants, build or adapt custom demo solutions for customers and prospects.
• Manage projects and relationships for larger customers with broader needs.
• Build trusted working relationships with senior leaders in customer organizations.
• Engage across the customer's finance organization, spotting transformation opportunities that use the platform in new ways.
• With sales, drive territory and pipeline growth: build hypothesis-driven engagement plans, check qualification gates before committing evaluation resources, and identify expansion opportunities across accounts.
• With sales, prepare business cases and proposals that show the platform's value and return on investment.
• Work with selected business partners on joint customer initiatives that deliver customer goals and value for both sides.
• Advise enterprise IT, architecture and line-of-business leaders on modern data management, automated workflows and practical AI.
• Run discovery sessions and value presentations across the company's financial reporting, GRC and sustainability solutions.
• Work with partner and customer support teams to onboard customers smoothly and support their long-term success.
• Mentor and train team members.

Requirements

• You bring 6+ years of related experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or management consulting (for example at a Big 4 firm or equivalent), with a background in solution consulting, technical sales or solution delivery.
• A related bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Preferred: experience giving software presentations and demos in presales or sales consulting, or implementing complex platforms such as ERPs, business intelligence tools, financial performance management applications like Hyperion or OneStream, or other complex data management systems.
• Preferred: a highly commercial mindset and the ability to influence customer decisions and shape sales strategy.
• Preferred: strong leadership skills and client-facing consulting experience.
• Preferred: a creative, can-do attitude.
• Preferred: ability and willingness to train different internal and external audiences on domain knowledge.

• Preferred: proven ability to advise on modern data strategies, enterprise integrations and practical AI applications (such as automated data curation, machine learning or predictive analytics) within complex enterprise ecosystems.
• Preferred: deep knowledge across financial performance management, GRC or sustainability/ESG frameworks.

Conditions

Travel requirement: up to 30% travel for customer and internal meetings.

You need reliable internet access for any period you work remotely rather than from a company office.
