Description

The company builds a platform that brings finance, risk, and sustainability data onto one secure foundation, so executives, boards, and regulators can rely on numbers that are traceable from source to output.

This senior design leader will set the long-term experience direction for the platform. The role sits where UX, product strategy, and platform architecture meet, so it shapes how products are built and how they change over time, not only how they look. You will simplify complex work, rethink legacy workflows, and design moments where people and AI share decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Set the multi-year UX direction for the platform, tying design choices to product strategy, architecture, and business goals.
  • Envision AI-driven experiences such as generative interfaces, intelligent automation, recommendations, and decision support.
  • Redesign existing enterprise workflows so they are simpler, quicker, and easier to follow.
  • Decide where people should keep oversight, review, escalation, and final decisions in AI-assisted flows, and design those points to be clear and trustworthy.
  • Lead research into unclear, cross-functional problems, combining user insight, data, and technical limits into solutions that scale.
  • Create reusable patterns, interaction models, and information architecture for a multi-product ecosystem.
  • Work with product and engineering leaders on platform direction, service design, data flows, and build choices that affect the experience.
  • Guide the design system so it stays consistent, flexible, and open to new ideas as it grows.
  • Coach lead and senior designers, raise craft standards, and build design culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum: 10+ years of product design, UX, or related work, including substantial work on platform or enterprise products.
  • Minimum: a bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or 8 years of experience plus a master's degree, or a PhD plus 6 years of experience.
  • Preferred: experience taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them in the market.
  • Preferred: a record of shaping product strategy, experience direction, and technical decisions.
  • Preferred: experience setting UX practice for new technology or unclear problem spaces.
  • Preferred: a track record of driving interface innovation through experiments, new tools and processes, and close work with design, engineering, data science, and research.
  • Preferred: depth in AI, machine learning, and agentic technology, enough to generate and build creative solutions.
  • Preferred: deep knowledge of user-centered methods applied to enterprise workflows.
  • Preferred: experience designing AI-powered products and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Preferred: experience using AI within the design process for discovery, prototyping, and synthesis.
  • Preferred: strong technical understanding of platform ecosystems, APIs, and design systems.
  • Preferred: experience working in large-scale Agile environments.
