Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Risk & Posture

The team secures AI agents once they are running in production. It finds agents across platforms and developer toolchains, maps their tools, data, permissions and exposure, and turns that picture into risk signals people can act on and guardrails.

The goal is to help organizations adopt agents safely without losing momentum.

Responsibilities

• Tackle open-ended problems and help shape security products that do not exist yet.
• Design and build core product features, starting from an understanding of what makes agents risky and how that risk can be reduced.
• Develop practical approaches to hard algorithmic problems, including scanning code and configurations to find malicious or vulnerable agents, MCP servers and skills.
• Balance scalable design against development speed, since getting work shipped quickly is a priority.
• Maintain the DevOps stack and keep improving how the team builds software.

Requirements

• 6+ years of building production code across several technologies, or exceptional impact at the organizational level.
• Experience building or leading teams while still contributing to core technology.
• Working knowledge of production-grade Python or another language you find interesting.
• A strong sense of what products and customers need.
• Enjoy broad algorithmic work and designing efficient software systems.
• Contribute often to open-source projects and take part in their communities.
• Work well alone, solving abstract problems and delivering results without close supervision.
• Take ownership, get hands-on, get things done, and keep the longer-term vision in mind.
