  • Write clean, efficient and dependable code in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart or C++.
  • Run the full development lifecycle, including CI/CD deployments, automated testing, observability, monitoring and maintenance.

  • Set clear metrics to measure whether a solution works and what impact it has.
  • Work with cross-functional teams so solutions meet user needs and technical expectations.
  • Carry out complex maintenance and track application performance with suitable metrics and tools.
  • Keep projects on schedule through program reporting, CI/CD tooling and program logs.
  • Support reliable, high-quality systems through proactive monitoring, testing and continuous integration.
  • Help improve engineering practice, team wellbeing, knowledge sharing and platform quality.
  • Own the quality and performance of what you ship, supporting uptime and customer experience.
  • Take responsibility for your deliverables, make sure they meet quality and business goals, and take the initiative to fix issues and finish projects.
  • Make sound technical decisions that account for trade-offs and long-term effects on architecture and business goals.
  • Adapt quickly, pick up new technologies, and understand the wider system, including how your choices affect downstream work.
  • Share knowledge openly and explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, tools and products, and encourage experimentation.

Requirements

  • Hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field, plus 1 year of software engineering or related experience; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of those fields, plus 3 years of software engineering or related experience.
