Expertise to make an impact

You have a strong senior-level track record of designing, building and operating reliable, scalable production systems.

You apply engineering judgement to AI-generated solutions and know how to take an AI prototype to a robust production-ready solution.

You are confident working across modern APIs and distributed architectures, including event-driven systems, asynchronous processing and microservices; experience with GraphQL is valuable.

You have hands-on experience with containerization and CI/CD; familiarity with cloud-native engineering and platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift is a plus.

You are highly proficient in at least one major programming language, ideally Java with Spring Boot. We value engineering depth and adaptability over expertise in one specific technology.

You combine strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to share AI engineering practices and help others adopt an AI-first way of working.
