The company is a diversified trading firm, founded over 30 years ago, that trades on its own capital and at its own risk across markets worldwide.
It is headquartered in Chicago with offices in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia, and trades Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities and Energy. It also runs three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital and cryptoassets.
The company values respect, curiosity and open minds, and places high expectations on integrity, innovation and willingness to challenge consensus.
The Platform Services team builds self-service platform products that make it easier for development teams to use infrastructure, so they can spend their time on business value instead of integrations and infrastructure complexity. Current products include:
Access Management: a single source of truth for who can do what, built on IAM to control access across the company's proprietary and third-party systems.
Limit Monitoring: a platform for defining and monitoring firmwide trading limits across Risk, Treasury and Compliance.
Data Tables: a service for managing lightweight datasets, with built-in point-in-time data, access controls, APIs and a front end.
Usage: standardized collection, storage and presentation of usage data, showing how and why services and data are used.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will define, build and own the services that form the foundation of the Unified Platform.
