Description

The company builds embedded software, and this senior role focuses on testing it and automating that testing.

You will help shape the verification strategy and the future test automation system.

Priorities can shift often in this fast-moving environment.

You will work with development, verification, and customer-facing teams to understand the products and how customers use them.

Responsibilities

  • Create new test strategies and improve existing ones, covering both functional quality and performance.
  • Design and build agentic systems that verify the different domains of the embedded software without manual steps.
  • Work with development, verification, and customer-facing teams to understand the products and their real-world use.
  • Investigate defects down to the code level, lead the fixing process, and deliver working fixes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years designing, building, and deploying automation systems.
  • A proven record of writing large, well-structured programs from scratch in Python or C++.
  • Extensive hands-on use of agentic AI assistants to automate full work processes, including building agentic pipelines that run parts of development and verification autonomously and stay stable over the long term.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded systems and automotive sensors such as cameras.
  • Proficiency in Linux, and comfort working across Linux and other Unix-like systems.
  • Experience with source control systems such as Git and Perforce.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to spot and resolve problems early.
  • A way to stand out: experience identifying inference endpoints and tuning them for accuracy and efficiency.
