Sign Up to ReadThe company Platform lets banks, software companies and large enterprises offer cross-border payment products to their own customers, using the company's infrastructure through an API. The team spans sales, implementation, product, engineering, compliance and analytics, with offices in New York, London and Singapore.
This is a senior backend role on the Partner Experience team in London.
The team builds and runs the systems that help enterprise partners launch faster and handle daily operations from one place.
The team owns the Partner Portal, which large banks use to move money, report fraud, process compliance requests and manage their staff. It also owns the backend services for partner onboarding, permissions and communication. Most of the work is greenfield, with no established playbook for enterprise partner tooling at this scale, so you will often design systems from zero rather than maintain existing ones.
The team is small, ships often and iterates based on real feedback from partners. Engineers own features from discovery and design through to production support. You will work closely with the PM and designer on partner needs, and with API Experience, Account Discovery, KYC and FinCrime to bring their capabilities into the portal.
The team researches before building, so you will handle ambiguity and understand existing systems, APIs and dependencies before writing code. Process is kept light, with quick standups, focused 1:1s and quarterly planning.
Starting salary is £87,500 to £111,000, plus RSUs.
The company is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes people from all backgrounds.
