The role is a senior software developer position in an engineering environment where AI coding agents are part of daily work.
You will be an experienced, hands-on developer who uses AI coding agents for much more than generating code. You will own complex software work end to end, pairing agent-assisted development with sound engineering judgment to keep quality, security and maintainability high.
The main stack is Spring Boot, Java and Kotlin, with React and Angular on the frontend. You can explore new development approaches, shape technical decisions and help define how AI-assisted engineering evolves at the company.
Responsibilities
Design, build and deliver complex software from requirements analysis through to production-ready code, working independently.
Use AI coding agents across the lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, debugging, refactoring and code review.
Break development work into tasks and give AI agents the context, technical constraints and acceptance criteria they need.
Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.
Build and keep improving backend applications in Spring Boot, Java and Kotlin, and help with frontend work when required.
Take part in architecture and technical decisions, weighing business needs, scalability and long-term solution quality.
Write and maintain automated tests, and use CI/CD pipelines, static analysis and quality checks to verify your work.
Spot technical risks, dig into complex problems and proactively improve existing applications and development processes.
Study new agentic development tools and techniques and judge how useful they are for software engineering.
Share knowledge and good practice with colleagues, helping the team adopt effective AI-assisted development.

Ability and willingness to work across the different parts of a modern web application stack.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, independent and quality-focused way of working.
Proactive, takes strong ownership, and is willing to explore new technologies and approaches.
Good communication and collaboration skills in an international engineering team.
