The company builds and runs large-scale GPU cloud infrastructure and is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for its Production Engineering team, which combines software and systems engineering to keep that infrastructure efficient and available.
The role blends an SRE's focus on reliability with strong software build and development work. You will cut manual toil by building automation frameworks, self-healing systems, observability platforms, and infrastructure-as-code pipelines that serve thousands of machines.
You own your work across its full life, from design and development through deployment, operations, and ongoing improvement.
Responsibilities
Design and build production-grade automation frameworks, workflows, and data models that cut manual operational work in provisioning, patching, image deployment, telemetry, and change management at scale.
Take services through their full lifecycle, from deployment and incident response to long-term reliability work.
Build software tools and platforms that connect data center systems, including DCIM, alerting and observability stacks, compute, storage and networking control planes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and run large GPU and Kubernetes production environments, using observability tools such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and PagerDuty to detect, prevent, and resolve incidents early.
Build predictive and auto-healing systems that feed incident analysis into automated break-fix and self-remediation.
Join on-call rotations and handle incidents sustainably, including blameless postmortems and root-cause-driven fixes.
Scale systems through code by delivering automation and self-service tools that improve reliability and engineering speed.
Requirements
Have 6+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or infrastructure software engineering on large, highly available environments.
Hold a BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Write strong software in Python and/or Go, and design, build, and own production-quality tools and services rather than scripts alone.
Bring deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux administration, and/or container technologies, with experience running large bare-metal and cloud infrastructure.
Have proven experience building data center automation covering OS provisioning, image deployment, patching, packaging, and configuration management.
Have experience with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
Understand observability well, including metrics, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting design.
Communicate clearly and persuasively about technical work to multi-functional teams.
