Description

The company has been working in computer graphics, PC gaming and accelerated computing for over 25 years, and is now applying AI to shape the next phase of computing, where GPUs power computers, robots and self-driving cars that can perceive their surroundings.

The company is hiring a senior developer relations manager with a strong technical background to grow adoption of Omniverse, physical AI simulation libraries and AI models among software partners. The work spans several vertical markets. You will adapt quickly to shifting needs, shape architecture and implementation plans with product and engineering teams, and engage with executives both inside the company and across many partners.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical adviser and problem solver for partner engineering teams, working on architecture, code and integration for Omniverse and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Build and keep up deep expertise in Omniverse and related areas such as APIs, USD, NIMs and Blueprints, through prototypes, technical integrations and reference architectures.
  • Co-design and build complex technical solutions with partners, setting objectives, architecture, milestones and delivery plans. Provide sample code, architecture diagrams and hands-on engineering help to clear technical obstacles.
  • Create technical enablement materials such as code samples, reference architectures, integration guides and workshops, so partner engineers can adopt and use Omniverse effectively.
  • Work with partner software organizations, from engineers to technical leads and decision makers, to understand their goals, remove technical blockers, promote guidelines and align them with the company's technical solutions.
  • Carry partner technical needs and feedback to internal product and engineering teams, using field experience to shape product roadmaps.
  • Support product launches and technical go-to-market work by validating technical details, demonstrating integrated solutions and making sure partner- and customer-facing materials are polished.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in technology, including at least 5 years of direct, hands-on work in software development or engineering.
  • A B.S. in computer science, engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven hands-on involvement across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, development, implementation, testing, integration, quality assurance and post-release support.
  • Experience as a software engineer or technical product manager in at least one of: real-time 3D visualization and simulation, enterprise ISV software, full-stack application development, AI or machine learning workflows (such as ETL, data pipelines, synthetic data generation and data preparation), or graphics and GPU-accelerated programming.
  • Significant technical depth in industrial software, robotics or automation (for example CAE, CAD, PLM, ERP, MES, SCADA or EDA), with direct hands-on work on product integrations or software libraries.
  • Experience leading technical work with engineering and product teams, including architecture design, code reviews, technical mentoring, and giving technical talks or workshops.
  • Clear communication of technical concepts, architecture and code to audiences from engineers to executives.
  • Proven ability to structure and finish complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, set priorities, and work with internal or external partners across sales, legal, product or marketing.
  • Optional: experience with the company libraries and models such as CUDA-X, Omniverse, OpenUSD, RTX, Isaac, PhysicsNeMo and Cosmos.
  • Optional: proven experience developing or integrating technology libraries into industrial, robotics or automation software.
  • Optional: experience with AIOps, cloud-native and container orchestration tools (for example Kubernetes, Docker and Kubeflow), agentic architectures (for example NCP and LangGraph), and observability tools for monitoring complex autonomous systems.
  • Optional: a track record of shaping complex product decisions through strong relationships while balancing the needs of software partners.

Conditions

Base salary depends on location, experience and other objective job-related factors. Ranges: 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5.
