The company builds enterprise applications and business AI for finance, procurement, HR, supply chain and customer experience. It serves over 20 industries, touches about 80% of global commerce, and has more than 50 years in the market.

You will coordinate the delivery of contracted services and act as the link between the customer and the company across the full solution lifecycle: discovery and innovation, design and build, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term engagement relationships between the customer and the company at every stage of the solution lifecycle.
• Learn the customer's business goals and carry out business analysis.
• Set up each engagement, define its strategy and governance, and manage stakeholders on the customer side, including C-level executives, through frequent in-person meetings.
• Plan the services to be delivered and build an engagement roadmap with detailed KPIs.
• Manage the commercial side of each engagement so the customer stays satisfied and willing to act as a reference.
• Own the financial results of each engagement: forecast accuracy, revenue achievement, run rate and margin.
• Define and coordinate the services delivered by company teams, such as centres of excellence, including resource management and governance.
• Spot risks and top issues early and plan how to mitigate them.
• Prevent critical situations where possible and lead escalations when they occur.
• Document and report engagement status.
• Manage stakeholders inside the company across development, services and sales.
• Provide support across every company solution the customer uses, whether on premises or in the cloud, and drive a service plan focused on innovation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, business or a related field, plus six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. A three or four year bachelor's degree is accepted.
• Alternatively, a master's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, business or a related field, plus four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Four years of experience leading design, implementation and change management projects.
• Four years of experience in SAP project management, value management and quality management practices.
• Four years of experience facilitating, negotiating and de-escalating in core SAP technical areas and platforms.
• Four years of experience understanding business requirements, securing customer alignment and working with delivery support teams.
• Three years of experience with SAP Solutions or partner technologies, including RISE or Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Three years of experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Three years of experience with SAP business and technical solution architectures.

Conditions

Hybrid work model, based at the Newtown Square, PA location.

Travel of up to 80%, domestic and international, to customer sites that vary and cannot be known in advance, to support deliveries, lead SAP services and provide onsite reporting.

Benefits

• Annual base salary of $127,525 to $196,010.
• Annualized target pay, base salary plus variable incentive, of $135,600 to $230,600. The actual offer falls within this range and depends on education, skills, experience, location, scope of the role and the selection process.
