SAP Senior Project Manager - Midwest Market Unit

This expert-level role leads complex programs and customer engagements in the Midwest market unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer programs from first scoping through full plan execution and handover.
• Set project scope, schedules and milestones, and hold teams to them.
• Run implementation across several workstreams, tracking risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Use time-boxed engagement planning to organize delivery phases and keep momentum.
• Oversee team performance and coach project managers through difficult situations.
• Keep document management and reporting thorough so every stakeholder stays informed.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key customer and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in project management, scope management and coordination across programs with many stakeholders.
• Strong communication, a collaborative style, creative thinking, and the ability to keep learning as the role changes.
• Experience handling escalations and resolving conflict while keeping delivery on track.
• A customer-first mindset, with trusted relationships with senior stakeholders that support long-term satisfaction.
• Experience mentoring project managers and improving delivery practices across teams.
• Daily use of agentic AI tools, checking AI-generated output for quality, writing effective prompts, and promoting AI adoption across your engagements.
• PMP and Activate certifications.
• A degree is not required for this role.
