Description

The company, founded in 2004, is the world's first and only specialist in designing, building and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands.

It works with more than 300 clients across over 40 countries.

The company is part of a wider group and uses AI to speed up how it creates and delivers work and to support sharper decisions.

The Social Project Manager is the operational backbone of the GSS team, keeping daily workflow moving so that each job is delivered on time and runs efficiently.

You will sit between the creative team and account leadership, drawing on your knowledge of both the GSS and TCF teams to make better resourcing choices and better outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end workflow for the GSS team, covering job intake, task allocation, timelines and delivery tracking.
  • Give the creative team a clear daily view of priorities and task lists so they can focus on quality creative work.
  • Help the Senior Account Manager triage briefs, making sure each job is scoped correctly and sent to the right person.
  • Build and keep up expert knowledge of the skills and capacity of the full GSS and TCF teams.
  • Track CSAT responses sent after each completed job and share trends and insights with the SAM, GAD and senior stakeholders to drive improvement.
  • Manage OMG compliance across all deliverables.
  • Oversee uploads of final assets to Bynder, checking that files meet quality and naming standards before delivery.
  • Find and put in place process changes that improve delivery efficiency and cut turnaround time.
  • Flag risks early and resolve day-to-day operational problems between the creative team and account leadership.

Requirements

  • You have worked in project management, traffic management or studio operations within a creative, production or marketing setting.
  • You stay organised across several concurrent jobs without losing attention to detail.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, briefing teams, managing expectations and escalating problems well.
  • You are familiar with digital asset management platforms. Prior Bynder use is an advantage.
  • You understand creative production workflows and can make quick, well-informed resourcing decisions.
  • You have tracked client satisfaction or delivery quality data.
  • You are comfortable with OMG compliance processes, or can get up to speed on them quickly.
  • You use Gen AI tools well to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
  • You have built your own AI workflows to make everyday work more efficient.
  • You break complex problems into parts, find the most efficient route and carry it out with clarity.
  • You assess AI output critically and apply your own judgement before acting on it.
