Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This is a senior, remote contract role running several projects at once across departments.

You will be accountable for projects that span the business, from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent projects in different departments, keeping each on schedule, inside its scope and within budget.
• Take a project from first plan to finished delivery, covering design of the solution, cost planning, staffing, and handling of risks.
• Examine how work currently flows through the business to find waste, then turn what you find into clear requirements.
• Improve processes by mapping them, analysing data, and comparing current state with the target state.
• Guide people through change so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the outcome.
• Organise cross-functional teams working on joining together systems, processes, and technology.
• Keep stakeholders informed and realistic about expectations, including gathering requirements and sharing progress.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• A background in business analysis or product management.
• A proven record of improving business processes and getting changes into products or day-to-day operations.
• Experience leading teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience putting AI into products or processes, with results you can measure.
• Nice to have: working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, and others.

Conditions

Fully remote, contract position.
