Description

The company is a global partner for AI-first digital transformation and engineering, with over 25 years in the field, about 5,000 staff and presence in 16 countries. It builds scalable products, platforms and data-driven solutions.

Its main areas are Artificial Intelligence, Data and Cloud, Intelligent Automation and Digital Products. Engineering quality and a people-first culture are central to how it works.

The CEE team has close to 1,000 experts building modern applications, data platforms and AI solutions for many well-known clients. It works with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks and Snowflake, and pairs an engineering culture with a consulting approach and a focus on growth and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Take a large, complex software program for international clients from start to finish and answer for its results.
  • Set up and maintain program governance, covering decision-making bodies, escalation routes and reporting.
  • Run delivery across several work streams so milestones are met on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate dependencies between internal teams and the external partners you select.
  • Spot program-level risks early, plan how to reduce them and push through corrective actions when needed.
  • Put structured change management in place and keep requirements, scope, budget and contracts traceable to one another.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, sponsors and key internal stakeholders.
  • Coach and support Delivery Managers so they work to program goals, delivery standards and team practices.
  • Build and lead strong program teams that stay transparent, accountable and predictable in delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large IT or software programs running several years with budgets of several million EUR, with full responsibility for budget and delivery.
  • Experience managing distributed, multinational teams and working with external vendors or partners.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills, especially with complex stakeholder groups.
  • High ownership and decisiveness, with the ability to work independently and make sound trade-off decisions.
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving approach that puts outcomes ahead of process for its own sake.
  • Practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks such as PMP or SAFe. Certifications are a plus, not a requirement.
  • Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Conditions

Work from the European Union and hold a work permit. Both are required.

During the first three months of the program you must be willing to work from India, either continuously or for at least 2 to 3 weeks in the early months.

After that, be available for frequent business trips to India, with frequency set by the program's needs and how it develops.

Hiring steps: CV review, HR call, interview, client interview, then decision.
