Description

The company builds accelerated computing products for computer-aided engineering industries. The product marketing role owns the messaging, positioning and supporting assets that explain the company's value in computational engineering.

Industrial engineering is a high-priority, highly visible area that is still growing, both inside and outside the company. The team needs a self-directed leader to expand it. The role suits someone who combines technical depth with positioning and communication skills and who gets energy from new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product launch strategy and build go-to-market plans with clear messaging, positioning and differentiation for the product story.
  • Champion the product across sales, marketing, partners and customers, linking it to the product mission and revenue opportunities.
  • Turn ideas into sharp product marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth, and produce the enablement materials behind them: blogs, whitepapers, webinars, demos, and customer and partner decks.
  • Present ideas with confidence using slides, whiteboards and other creative formats, translating technical capabilities into messages that fit different audiences.
  • Carry out marketing plans by working with product management, sales, campaign marketing, PR and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • A degree in computer engineering, computer science, chemistry, applied mathematics or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience. A PhD or master's is preferred.
  • 8+ years of product marketing and/or product management experience with software or hardware products.
  • Solid working knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, CAE, semiconductor, EDA or AI-physics workflows.
  • Experience at a technology company defining value proposition and messaging for SDKs or libraries.
  • Skill and experience in storytelling and holding audience attention in product marketing work.
  • Ability to set goals at the task level, devise creative solutions to complex problems and spot untapped opportunities.
  • Clear written and spoken communication with team members, customers, partners and media.
  • Stand-out extras: a portfolio of successful product launches and campaigns, plus writing and presentation samples.
  • Strong familiarity with applying customer insights, competitive intelligence and market research to product marketing work and assets.

Conditions

Base salary depends on location, experience and other objective, job-related factors. The expected base salary is 152,000 USD to 230,000 USD for Level 4, and 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 5.

Applications are accepted until at least November 3, 2026.
