You will work with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation and Customer Success to keep platform messaging consistent, run product launches and sharpen competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Turn embedded AI and ML, data assets, APIs and integrations into plain customer benefits and believable, differentiated business outcomes.

  • Work with Sales on platform enablement materials such as demo narratives, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, objection handling, ROI messaging and talk tracks.
  • Track how well sales materials are used and work, then refine messaging based on field feedback and commercial results.
  • Work with Customer Success and Content teams on case studies, reference architectures and customer proof points that show platform value.
  • Feed market and customer insight into product strategy, competitive positioning and go-to-market priorities.
  • Measure platform marketing through adoption, pipeline contribution, multi-product attach rates and competitive win rates.

Requirements

  • Have 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with several products or a major platform component.
  • Show a record of turning complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated customer messaging, backed by writing samples.
  • Have led cross-functional launches on schedule and measured how they performed afterward.
  • Analyze product usage reports, pipeline dashboards and other business data to produce practical recommendations.
  • Understand modern data and AI concepts well enough to work credibly with Product and Engineering and check technical marketing claims.
  • Communicate well in writing and speech, building clear stories for both business and technical audiences.
  • Influence and align teams you do not manage, with a record of driving initiatives across them.
  • Bonus: experience marketing APIs, developer platforms, data products or technically complex SaaS.
