Senior Product Manager

Description

This role sits in the team that builds decision services for the company's vehicle-to-back-office (V2BO) infotainment applications.

The work covers product strategy, planning and roadmap for the global connected customer experience business, alongside the business side of the connected services group.

Responsibilities

• Map the business needs behind the infotainment applications and decide which decision services must be built to support the global connected customer experience.
• Own product strategy, planning and roadmap with the business side of the connected services group.
• Design and build decision services and marketing solutions in Pegasystems.
• Bring new analytical methods to the wider team and turn open-ended problems into working solutions.
• Apply standard analytical techniques across several projects at once.
• Find and fix application faults during testing and development.
• Support new functions for the company's vehicles and plan ways to combine customer data for personalized recommendations and real-time campaigns.
• Write decision strategies for complex business rules and connect systems using Connect-SQL, Connect-SOAP and Connect-REST.
• Work with colleagues to share good practice.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or a related field, plus 5 years as a PEGA developer, software developer, developer or in a similar role.
• Or a master's degree in one of those fields, plus 3 years in a comparable developer role.
• 3 years of experience with each of the following: Java; PEGA Next Best Action; project management; Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager; AWS and Azure; building and testing SOAP and REST web services; WebLogic, WebSphere and Apache Tomcat; SOAP, REST, HTML, XML and CSS; Oracle, SQL Server, Cassandra and Postgres.

Conditions

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

You must be able to report to the local office.
