Description

Healthcare fails patients at the first step: they struggle to find the right care, to know what it will cost, and to get the medications they need. The company is building an AI-driven marketplace to fix this.

The marketplace links patients with suitable providers, shows pharmacy prices openly, and offers affordable medications. The company has grown quickly by pairing clinical know-how with technology built for everyday patients rather than only hospital systems.

The platform shows pricing before a patient pays, manages medications across different providers, and keeps patients' medical records available to them over time.

You would join a team rebuilding healthcare around the patient. Colleagues value bold ideas, inclusive teamwork, and meaningful output.

Pay range: $200,000 - $225,000

Full-time, onsite, 5 days a week

The role: you will drive feature development across the product platform, with a focus on detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own one core area of the platform from strategy and roadmap through to shipped results.
  • Find where AI can improve the experience for patients, providers, or customer service agents, and ship first features with evaluations and guardrails suitable for clinical use.
  • Act as the main product partner for key internal teams, running discovery on their workflows and use cases in clinical, operations, and pharmacy settings.
  • Collect and synthesize input from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to shape roadmap priorities.
  • Work with engineering on integrations and interoperability needs.
  • Set success metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure product performance.

Requirements

  • Between 0 and 2+ years of product management experience, ideally at digital health startups, healthcare technology companies, or innovation teams within health systems.
  • A proven ability to take product roadmaps from strategy through to delivery.
  • Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
  • A record of shipping products that needed coordination across several functions.

Conditions

Full-time role, based onsite in San Francisco, CA, five days a week. The team works in person to build collaboration and strong working relationships.

The posted salary range covers minimum and maximum targets for new hires in all locations. Final pay within the range depends on factors such as skills, experience, education or training, and location.

Equal opportunity statement: applicants are considered without regard to protected characteristics.

Benefits

  • All meals provided five days a week, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner catered on site, plus an on-site barista offering unlimited espresso and matcha.
  • Transportation benefits to help with commuting.
  • Profitable growth and funding independent of venture capital, with decisions aimed at long-term stability for the team and customers.
  • 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, fully covered life insurance, and fully covered medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • A competitive salary and a substantial equity package.
  • Downtown San Francisco office, a few steps from public transit and coffee shops.
