Description

The company runs the largest live streaming service in the world, with global communities around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking and more. Thousands of communities gather on it every day.

The Commerce organization pays creators over $1B+ a year through its monetization products. It is changing how streamers earn and how communities engage, and this role owns the roadmap for helping streamers earn through interactive, fun and mobile-first commerce products.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product vision and roadmap for high-impact commerce features, weighing near-term customer and business results against longer-term bets.
  • Own the one-to-two year vision for features that help streamers connect with and earn from viewers, including future work on community engagement and creator monetization, and set priorities.
  • Own the core streamer success metrics: interaction rates, creator earnings, viewer engagement, mobile conversion and retention.
  • Run experiments on a continuous basis to test new features and improve results for streamers and their communities.
  • Shape the multi-screen product strategy so streamers can engage and earn from their communities smoothly on any device.
  • Work across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research and Community teams to ship products that help streamers succeed and grow their channels.
  • Keep streamers at the center of decisions, making sure every product raises creator earnings, strengthens community bonds and supports channel growth.

Requirements

  • You have worked as a Product Manager for 5+ years.
  • You have experience with live streaming, gaming or the wider creator economy.
  • You have worked on monetization products and know how to balance creator earnings against the viewer experience.
  • You have built consumer-facing products at scale, especially mobile apps or creator and community tools.
  • You understand creator ecosystems well: what creators need, how communities behave, and what helps creators grow on digital platforms.
  • You have led cross-functional initiatives and kept diverse stakeholder groups aligned.
  • You have defined one-to-two year product strategies and delivered against ambitious roadmaps.
  • Bonus points: experience with virtual goods, digital currencies or in-app purchase systems.
  • Bonus points: you can write basic SQL and use experimentation, analytics and AI tools for product analysis without relying on others.
  • Bonus points: background in social features, chat systems or real-time interactive experiences.
  • Bonus points: you have been a content creator yourself or spent significant time in creator communities.
