Description

Some of our roles are open to referrals from people already at the company. If a connection referred you, apply through the referral link sent to your email.

The team works across countries and time zones, so people collaborate remotely. New ideas get a fair hearing, and the team works by five shared values: courage, accountability, honesty, inclusion, and lifting up others.

You will own and develop key parts of SpherePX, with a focus on AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences. The role blends product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral insights, UX, and data to build tools that improve the experience for patients and healthcare professionals, all within a regulated setting.

A central part of the job is finding where AI and personalization can truly improve care journeys, while protecting patient safety, privacy, and transparency, keeping appropriate human oversight, and proving measurable value. You will help shape the product roadmap and make decisions based on evidence from user feedback, analytics, and real-world data. You will measure outcomes, manage product risk, and keep improving the product in line with user needs, business priorities, and regulatory rules.

We are looking for a senior Product Manager with more than 10 years of experience building complex digital products. You think in systems, have strong UX and analytical skills, and have worked on AI-powered or personalized user experiences. Experience in healthcare or digital health, a background in behavioral science, and work in regulated fields such as MedTech or SaMD will strengthen your application.

In short: this is an end-to-end digital health product role where AI, patient experience, behavioral science, and regulated healthcare meet. You will have wide ownership in turning complex care needs into scalable, safe, and measurable products.

Responsibilities

  • The company is a partner for healthcare and life sciences organizations, combining strategy, clinical, operational, data, and technology expertise to design and run patient-centered programs. PCR-ENG is its Digital and AI Factory for precision health programs. SpherePX is a configurable platform covering the whole care continuum. It gives patients, clinicians, and operations teams AI-supported decision help while people stay in control.
  • You will help shape the next generation of SpherePX and push forward its AI-enabled care pathway solutions.
  • You will create intelligent, evidence-based experiences that support proactive, personalized, and joined-up care. As AI spreads through SpherePX, you will find where it adds real value for patients, healthcare professionals, and care teams, and make sure it is used safely, measurably, and with people at the centre.
  • You are a detail-focused product specialist who can combine clinical needs, patient experience, behavioral insights, operational complexity, and data into clear requirements and workable solutions.
  • You will hold end-to-end responsibility for a product area, make high-impact trade-off decisions, and work in a fast-moving, agile, regulated environment.
  • Lead the care pathway product from discovery and problem definition through design, delivery, launch, performance measurement, and ongoing iteration.
  • Keep track of the outside product and technology landscape. Benchmark relevant digital health solutions, follow new innovations, market trends, and best practice, and use these to guide strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Turn complicated clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical problems into simple, actionable requirements. Check user needs, pain points, and barriers to adoption.
  • Work closely with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operations colleagues so product decisions are feasible, consistent, scalable, and backed by evidence.
  • Make sure product decisions follow human-in-the-loop principles and protect patient safety, privacy, consent, transparency, and auditability within the regulated setting where SpherePX operates.
  • Spot product, clinical, behavioral, AI, technical, and operational risks and dependencies early, escalate them, and propose practical next steps.
  • Use qualitative feedback, behavioral and product analytics, performance data, and lessons from live programs to keep improving the product and the care experience.
  • Turn strategic priorities, evidence, user needs, and technical factors into a prioritized backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Keep product documentation current and consistent across the software development lifecycle, supporting regulatory requirements, traceability, delivery, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of product management experience, ideally on complex, scalable digital products or platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and digital health, including care pathways, patient journeys, and healthcare ecosystems.
  • Strong systems and critical thinking, with the ability to break down complex clinical, behavioral, and technical problems.
  • A strong UX mindset focused on people, especially for patient-facing and healthcare professional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, working effectively with technical, clinical, and business teams.
  • Experience with personalized or adaptive digital experiences, including behavior change, motivation, engagement, adherence, and patient decision-making.
  • Experience designing AI-powered user experiences, applying AI to improve user journeys through intuitive, personalized, context-aware interactions that support engagement, decisions, and behavior change while keeping user trust, appropriate human oversight, and measurable value.
  • Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to read data, define success metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Preferred: a formal background in behavioral science, psychology, human factors, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience in regulated healthcare settings such as digital health, MedTech, or SaMD.
  • Working language: fluent English is required.
  • Ways of working: remote, in cross-functional teams.
  • Main tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Contract type: regular.
