Description

You will report to the Sr Director of Product in this Senior Product Manager (Sr PM1) role. There are no direct reports.

You own outcomes within a set product charter, which may cover Donor Management, Church Management (ChMS), Integrations, Apps, or Partnerships.

The work is hands on. You own features and delivery, and you build the skills for wider strategic influence over time.

You work with Engineering, Design and other cross-functional groups, using AI-assisted tools and the company's AI product development process.

The company has about 550 staff, supports more than 10,000 customers who run communities and give, and is growing quickly after several acquisitions in recent years.

Responsibilities

  • Set and deliver the roadmap for your charter, weighing customer value, business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to pin down needs and test possible solutions.
  • Work with Engineering and UX to ship features and enhancements with solid quality and on schedule.
  • Support Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on launches, go-to-market enablement and adoption.
  • Help shape packaging and pricing so features fit the Basic, Advanced and Complete tiers.
  • Learn APIs, integrations and payment processing, and help grow the marketplace and ecosystem.
  • Build an understanding of vault, tokenisation and settlement processes for payments initiatives.
  • Use data and AI tools to study usage, spot opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Assess and advocate for AI-driven features that improve donor insight, admin automation and customer value, and build your AI skills over time.
  • Promote the adoption of AI productivity tools across the team.
  • Keep products simple, powerful and trusted for customers.
  • Mentor and coach other Product Managers on their growth and careers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management in SaaS, fintech or adjacent fields.
  • A track record of taking features or products from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to turn customer needs into clear product requirements.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations or partner-led product models.
  • Preferred: exposure to payments, tokenisation or fintech ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and machine learning in product work and internal workflows, with judgement on AI-driven features and their limits.
  • Familiarity with Agile methods and skill running workstreams in Jira or a similar issue tracker.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours for meetings with global, cross-time-zone teams.
  • Tools: Jira or an equivalent issue tracker for backlog, sprints and roadmaps, and Confluence or an equivalent for specs, decisions and documentation.
  • Tools: generative AI assistants such as Claude or Atlassian Intelligence for research synthesis, requirements drafts and workflow automation, following the company's AI product process and responsible AI guidelines.
  • Tools: Postman or an equivalent for API testing and documentation, plus working knowledge of vault, tokenisation and settlement systems.
  • Tools: product analytics such as Amplitude or Pendo, or an equivalent, for usage and adoption tracking.
