Description

About your tasks

Own the end-to-end Product Design process , from discovery and problem definition through ideation, prototyping, validation and delivery, ensuring solutions address genuine customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Improve customer activation and onboarding , identifying barriers that prevent customers from getting started with our prescription services and designing intuitive experiences that help them successfully complete their first prescription order.

Drive customer retention and engagement , understanding why customers return or disengage and designing meaningful experiences that support repeat prescriptions, ongoing healthcare needs and long-term customer relationships.

Lead customer-centred discovery and experimentation , using interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, behavioural insights and A/B testing to challenge assumptions, validate solutions and continuously improve the customer experience.

Translate insights into impactful design solutions , partnering with Product Management and Analytics to define hypotheses, success metrics and opportunities, balancing customer needs, business impact, technical feasibility and long-term scalability.

Deliver high-quality, accessible digital experiences , applying strong interaction design, visual design and UX writing principles to simplify complex healthcare journeys, including error handling, recovery states and sensitive customer interactions.

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams , involving technical stakeholders early, communicating design decisions clearly and ensuring solutions are feasible, implementation-ready and delivered to a high standard.

Influence Product direction and stakeholder decisions , using research, data, storytelling and clear design rationale to challenge assumptions, navigate competing priorities and build alignment across cross-functional teams.

Contribute to the growth and maturity of our UX team , acting as a role model for high-quality Product Design, sharing expertise, mentoring fellow designers, providing constructive feedback and helping evolve our design system and ways of working.
