Senior PAS-X Solution Consultant

Description

You will be the PAS-X subject matter expert supporting a global MES template rollout across several pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. You will help shape PAS-X solution design, integration, process standardisation, testing and deployment in a regulated GxP environment.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Werum PAS-X, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, SAP integration and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PAS-X subject matter expert across global manufacturing programmes.
• Help design, build and roll out a global PAS-X template solution.
• Work with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams and technical partners to standardise and improve manufacturing processes.
• Support process design using ARIS and testing using HP ALM.
• Take part in end-to-end testing, validation, deployment and hypercare.
• Make sure work matches global manufacturing standards and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Required: hands-on Werum PAS-X experience covering weighing and dispensing, material flow, label management, master data management, SAP-integrated master data, custom attributes (CA) and characteristics (CX), production unit maintenance, exception management, rights and roles, electronic signatures and workflows, master batch record (MBR) design, formula design, generic MBR (gMBR) and PVL concepts, in-process control (IPC), electronic batch records (EBR), equipment management, state diagrams, machine integration and batch record review (BRR).
• Required: strong experience connecting PAS-X with SAP WM and/or SAP EWM.
• Required: experience with PAS-X MSI and PAS-X APIs.
• Required: you can create and manage orders, materials and master data to support end-to-end testing.
• Required: experience with PAS-X reporting and data extraction, knowledge of PAS-X PDA (Product Data Access), and experience feeding data to enterprise reporting platforms and data lakes.
• Required: familiarity with Power BI.
• Highly desirable: experience with Crystal Reports and/or Jaspersoft.
• Required: background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences.
• Required: sound understanding of ISA-95, GxP and computer system validation (CSV).
• Preferred: experience supporting global template deployments and multi-site rollouts.
• Preferred: strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: ability to work well with global cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: experience in large-scale digital manufacturing transformation programmes.
• Preferred: exposure to manufacturing operations across several international sites.
