  • Make sure account teams qualify and position Cyber Resilience deals well in their territory.
  • Train internal sales teams and channel partners from the earliest stages of an opportunity.
  • Create field-facing content for Cyber Resilience solutions, such as technical walkthroughs, deep dives and qualification guides.

  • Help shape the solutions roadmap, and talk daily with solutions architects and product management about field impact, deals and feedback.
  • Be available on Slack every day to enable people and influence customers and opportunities.
  • Join or oversee field testing to record practical knowledge about each application and platform, closing the gap until Solutions tests it officially.
  • Provide expert post-sales help on solutions.
  • Exchange feedback and information with sales and SE leaders in both directions.
  • Stay positive and motivate the field to reach higher success, and win customers for the company's storage technology.
  • Work across go-to-market and corporate functions to align initiatives and campaigns while juggling several clients and deals.
  • Build relationships across the company and keep the direct team aligned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of pre-sales experience in information technology.
  • A solid grasp of infrastructure such as servers, networking and storage.
  • Deep Cyber Resilience knowledge, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, governance, risk and compliance requirements across several verticals, and security tools such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR and IAM.

  • Knowledge of the company's solutions and where they beat competitors, plus a strong record in specialized Cyber Resilience sales.
  • A self-driven, ownership mindset that pushes the business past its targets.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, able to explain complex ideas simply and teach systems engineers and account executives.
  • Able to discuss customer and company strategy at a technical level for Cyber Resilience, and to solve tactical problems and complex engineering designs.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
