  • You are the main point of contact for all stakeholders, from the event organizer to every internal team involved.
  • You are the overall owner of the process, working within a team and making sure work lands on time and in the right form by directing other departments' tasks.
  • You pass product needs (platform usability) and process needs to headquarters and work with product and engineering to deliver them.

  • You build and maintain a thorough Q&A so the user support team can answer potential user issues.
  • You make sure every requirement needed for the project goals has the documentation it needs.
  • You may need to be on site during the launch or other key dates, depending on the event.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree and have a project management background.
  • You are flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organized, and you do well in a fast-paced setting.
  • You are entrepreneurial and can handle a mix of project management and operational work.
  • You can coordinate other departments to deliver requirements on time, even when the situation is unclear, and you spot problems before they arise.
  • You have 4+ years in project management or consulting. Event industry experience is not required for this role but is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
  • You learn quickly and enjoy picking up new skills.
  • You have strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills.
  • You spot problem areas and build plans to resolve them.
  • You communicate well and have a record of building positive working relationships.
  • You can work with event partners, brands, agencies and talent on their efforts.
  • You can think strategically using an events partnership brief or the company's proprietary data on which events perform well.
  • You can manage large workloads and several work streams at once.
  • You are willing to get hands on and help with any events task.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • A strong academic background is a plus.
