  • Make sure work meets global regulatory standards, including GMP, FDA, ISO and EHS.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Review deliverables for quality and compliance before they go to clients.
  • Fix quality issues through coaching and process improvement.
  • Weigh schedule, quality and client priorities when making decisions.
  • Plan team utilization and workload to meet billability goals.
  • Escalate high-risk decisions at the right time.
  • Oversee quality assurance, risk management and compliance across all DT&A work.

Requirements

  • Apply advanced technical knowledge and professional expertise to your work.
  • Look for better ways of working, adapt to change and back new ideas.
  • Stay professional with clients and colleagues under pressure, and escalate appropriately.
  • Show self-awareness and put the company's mission ahead of your ego.
  • Communicate clearly and early, and keep clients openly aligned.
  • Deliver reliably, manage competing priorities and aim for high-quality results.
  • Stay open to new ideas, feedback and change.
  • A bachelor's degree, and/or a master's, in life sciences, engineering, regulatory or a related field, or equivalent experience in quality assurance, cGMP facility start-up, regulatory assurance, relevant military service or professional services.
