Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python, React)

Responsibilities

• Build, run and upkeep full-stack web apps with strong performance, room to grow and solid security.
• Ship new features in a way that is tested, easy to maintain and efficient.
• Work with product managers and UX designers on interfaces that are intuitive, responsive and accessible.
• Analyze business needs, build technical fixes, and lead issues and bugs through to resolution.
• Shape architecture, API design and system integrations.
• Lead the engineering team technically: guide design talks, review code and help the team keep improving.
• Take part in estimating, ranking and planning tasks according to the engineering process.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Python or Node.js, plus proven work with a modern frontend framework such as React.js, Vue.js or Next.js.
• Experience with background job processing, including queues, retries, idempotent jobs, and recovering when a worker fails mid-task.
• Working knowledge of cloud services, preferably AWS, and of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience helping shape architecture and design, covering patterns, reliability and scaling, for new and existing systems.
• Strong grasp of API development, microservices and system integration.
• At least one project using LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming. A side project counts, but a simple chat interface over an API does not.
• At least one product you built from scratch and kept running in production for a year or more.
• Experience with Temporal, Inngest or another durable execution tool.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse or similar tools for storing large volumes of logs and traces.
• Experience building MCP servers or clients.
• Experience with LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK or Claude Agent SDK.
• Knowledge of protecting against prompt injection and sandboxing tool execution.
• English at upper-intermediate level.
