Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python, React)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications that are fast, scalable and secure.
• Ship new features and improvements that are well tested, easy to maintain and efficient.
• Work with product managers and UX designers to build interfaces that are intuitive, responsive and accessible.
• Analyze business requirements, turn them into technical solutions, and help resolve issues and bugs.
• Shape architecture, API design and system integrations.
• Lead the engineering team technically by guiding design discussions, reviewing code and supporting ongoing improvement.
• Take part in estimating, prioritizing and planning tasks within the engineering process.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with Python or Node.js, plus proven work with a modern frontend framework such as React.js, Vue.js or Next.js.
• Experience with background job processing, including queues, retries, idempotent jobs, and recovering when a worker fails partway through a task.
• Hands-on work with cloud services, preferably AWS, and with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience shaping the architecture and design of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability and scaling.
• Solid understanding of API development, microservices and system integration.
• At least one project that used LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming. A side project counts, but a basic chat interface on top of an API does not.
• At least one product you built from scratch and kept running in production for a year or more.
• Experience with Temporal, Inngest or another durable execution tool.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse or similar tools for storing high volumes of logs and traces.
• Experience building MCP servers or clients.
• Experience with LangGraph, the OpenAI Agents SDK or the Claude Agent SDK.
• Knowledge of defending against prompt injection and sandboxing tool execution.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
