Description

The company makes a framework and enterprise platform for building and running multi-agent AI systems. It handles more than 300M agent executions a month for thousands of companies.

The Agent Management Platform is the control layer teams use to deploy, watch, govern and scale agents in production.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Agent Management Platform, where teams create, deploy, monitor and govern AI agents in production.
  • Make complicated AI infrastructure easy to understand and use, so customers can find out why something failed, review agent decisions and keep control of their automations.
  • Work mainly on rich, intuitive frontend interfaces, and own the backend work needed to finish each feature. The stack is React and TypeScript with Rails, Hotwire and PostgreSQL.
  • Lead features from problem definition to launch, working closely with design, product and runtime engineers.
  • Build complete workflows across Studio's visual editor, deployments, traces and human review, plus onboarding, integrations, permissions and settings.
  • Clarify customer problems with design and product, prototype solutions and refine them based on real usage and feedback.
  • Shape frontend architecture, including component APIs, state management, data fetching, navigation and rendering performance, balancing maintainability against shipping speed.
  • Make asynchronous flows reliable and clear, covering live updates, editing and saving, validation, errors, retries and recovery.
  • Extend the shared design system across React and Rails to improve consistency, accessibility and theming.
  • Build the Rails models, services, APIs and background jobs your features need, and work with runtime and infrastructure engineers on deeper platform capabilities.
  • Ship work with solid frontend and Rails tests, browser checks and instrumentation, and diagnose and fix production issues.
  • Raise the team's output through technical decisions, code reviews, mentoring and reusable patterns.

Requirements

  • You have independently shipped substantial full-stack product features, with particular depth in frontend work.
  • You are deeply proficient in React, TypeScript, HTML and CSS, including component design, complex state, asynchronous behavior and performance.
  • You have built rich, interactive products such as editors, workflow builders, developer tools or apps with complex data.
  • You have strong product and interaction judgment, can simplify technical workflows, and make sound calls without every interaction being specified.
  • You have practical accessibility knowledge covering semantic markup, keyboard navigation, focus management and accessible component behavior.
  • You have independently shipped backend changes for your features, including data models, APIs, services and background jobs. You have worked with Rails or a comparable framework, and Rails experience is preferred.
  • You judge well when to reuse, refactor or add a new abstraction in an existing codebase.
  • You communicate clearly and can get engineering, product and design aligned on a solution.
  • You take ownership of production outcomes and are curious about AI agents, execution traces and human review workflows.
  • Nice to have: experience with visual canvases, graph interfaces, observability products or live event streams.
  • Nice to have: experience with Ruby on Rails, Hotwire/Stimulus, ViewComponent or shared design systems.
  • Nice to have: experience building AI products, human review workflows, or enterprise permission and integration features.
  • Nice to have: experience improving frontend developer tooling, testing infrastructure or component documentation.
