Senior Enterprise Architect (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Act as the main stakeholder contact on both the customer and company side, owning organizational development and business process modeling.
• Design business and solution architectures for automotive projects, based on the business cases of customers and users.
• Drive the strategic, methodical development of enterprise architectures and systems that are reused sustainably in the methodology toolbox.
• Share responsibility for delivering projects consistently, from concept through to operationalization, so that procedures and plans succeed over the long term.
• Represent the architecture view in SAFe program management and join multi-day PI planning every 12 weeks to clarify dependencies between groups.

Requirements

• Enjoy agile project structures, new methods and a modern technology stack.
• Have several years of professional experience as an IT, system, solution or enterprise architect in digital or e-commerce.
• Have designed digital solution architectures and understand digital business models and economy-of-scale scenarios.
• Have implemented capabilities that digitize sales processes, such as subscription economy, marketplaces or customer experience platforms.
• Apply methods such as enterprise architecture management, TOGAF, design thinking, creative techniques or moderation with confidence.
• Communicate in German and English, each at least C1 level, and convey and enforce an architectural vision to stakeholders and management with a persuasive presence.
