As Senior Engineering Manager, you will own the technical roadmap and delivery for existing and new products. You will work with cross-functional teams on strategy and product direction, and represent the team in technical discussions with key partners. The pace is fast, and your work will be visible in customer experience improvements and company results.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team of 20+ engineers, staying hands-on as an engineering manager.
• Make strategic technical decisions with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives that cut across domains and support business and product goals.
• Spot team improvements, propose practical fixes and coordinate work to raise team velocity and effectiveness.
• Help shape the wider domain vision, influence direction and set goals for continuous product improvement.
• Split your time between hands-on engineering and big-picture thinking, and grow high-performing teams through mentoring.
• Keep a results-driven focus on delivering impact at scale and speed.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with a proven record in large-scale distributed systems, guiding teams through complex technical transitions, or both.
• Over 5 years in a leadership role, with a track record of hiring, retaining and developing strong engineers.
• Hands-on experience building scalable, resilient and full stack systems in varied environments. You lead by example and set a high bar.
• Strong leadership and team development skills: set clear goals, give open feedback, mentor engineers and support their careers.
• Comfortable moving fast without sacrificing quality. You treat mistakes as chances to learn and improve.
• Enjoy teaching through code reviews, architecture guidance and coaching, helping engineers build skills, confidence and readiness for new challenges.
• Foster openness and trust, value feedback, encourage peer learning and support team-wide growth.
• Focus on consistently delivering customer value, where speed and quality go together.
