Description

You will guide how artificial intelligence is built into the company's software, which serves both business customers and the people those businesses serve.

You will oversee engineering groups spread across three countries and set the bar for how software is designed, shipped, and maintained.

The role means balancing strict security and compliance for business clients with smooth, intelligent experiences for consumers, while helping global teams move faster with modern AI-assisted coding tools.

The company works with data and technology worldwide, serving sectors such as financial services, healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, and insurance. It invests in people and emerging technology and employs about 25,200 people in 32 countries.

You will report to the VP, Partner Solutions Engineering. The team values in-person collaboration and hires into a set of hub locations.

Responsibilities

  • Set a worldwide plan for embedding AI across the engineering organization, with consistent standards for delivery speed and quality.
  • Coach and manage engineering leaders in three countries, building a culture that favors collaboration and experimentation.
  • Redesign the software development lifecycle by bringing in AI coding tools for code generation, testing, and localization.
  • Lead company-wide adoption, security compliance, and training for AI development platforms including GitHub, Claude, Copilot, Cursor AI, and Amazon Kiro.
  • Move engineering teams toward intent-driven work, including spec-driven AI-DLC frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
  • Build AI capabilities into core platforms, including React frontends,.NET and Java microservices, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.
  • Work with global teams to balance quick feature delivery against enterprise-grade security and compliance needs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience developing software applications.
  • 5+ years leading multi-layered engineering organizations, meaning managers of managers, across distributed international teams.
  • Hands-on technical management in AWS,.NET, Java, React, Salesforce, and MuleSoft environments.
  • Experience with B2B2C, B2B, or high-scale B2C SaaS, handling architecture complexity, tenant isolation, and data privacy requirements.
  • Direct experience deploying and scaling AI development tools such as GitHub, Claude, Copilot, Cursor AI, and Kiro across an engineering organization.
  • Experience building products through an AI-DLC process, including application-level integrations with agentic AI tools such as Amazon Kiro.
  • A record of leading major technical or cultural transformations, such as DevOps, cloud migration, or AI tool rollouts, across large distributed engineering teams.

Conditions

The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid pattern, or in the office.

You must reside in or near one of these collaboration hubs: Costa Mesa, CA; San Jose, CA; Allen, TX; Austin, TX; Franklin, TN; New York, NY; Schaumberg, IL; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Seattle, WA.

The base pay range is listed above. Within it, individual pay depends on work location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.

Pay reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.

The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer for all groups protected under applicable federal, state, and local law, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities, and will provide accommodation on request.

Benefits

  • A strong compensation package and bonus plan.
