The role is based in San Francisco or New York City and covers landing pages, campaigns, paid media, lifecycle touchpoints, and other digital assets that must balance brand, usability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design websites, campaigns, and brand systems that fit the company's brand and business goals.
• Lead website design from early exploration to high-fidelity execution, covering wireframes, page designs, prototypes, and supporting digital assets.
• Design responsive experiences that account for breakpoints, flexible layouts, browser behavior, accessibility, and common web integrations.
• Build scalable Figma systems with components, Auto Layout, variables, shared styles, and reusable patterns to speed up work and keep it consistent.
• Develop strong concepts, applying craft to layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Turn brand strategy, business objectives, and audience insights into clear creative solutions.
• Present creative decisions, explain your reasoning, and build agreement among stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams so digital experiences are feasible, scalable, and delivered to a high standard.
• Manage freelancers and creative agencies by giving clear briefs, feedback, and creative direction.
• Spot risks and challenges early in each project and keep work on track.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of professional design experience, in-house or at an agency.
• A strong portfolio showing high-craft digital work and clear business or audience impact. If it is password-protected, include access details.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Framer, including building scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Experience building responsive, interactive web experiences, including prototypes that show functionality, transitions, motion, and responsive behavior.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and faster production.
• Experience managing and directing agencies, freelancers, and external creative partners.
• You are collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working at pace with several stakeholders.
• You can take a project from brief to delivery on your own while staying open to feedback and iteration.
• Bonus: Experience creating prototypes and interaction examples that clearly show functionality, responsive behavior, transitions, and web animation to clients and development teams.

Conditions

Base salary range is $165,000-$195,000.

The role is based in the San Francisco office. The company is office-first, values in-person collaboration, and does not offer remote-only roles.
