Responsibilities

  • Work with the Associate Creative Director, art directors, producers and channel teams to build high- and low-production campaigns, keeping creative quality on brand through final asset delivery.
  • Run day-to-day pre-production, production and post-production for assigned campaigns, including hands-on design and file creation.
  • Take creative projects from concept and design direction through to production-ready files, covering layout, typography, colour, print, digital and video, using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Plan and run photoshoots and other productions with internal producers.
  • Lead brainstorms with the internal agency, business units, external partners, outside creative agencies and cross-channel teams.
  • Present creative work to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Track creative, cultural and market trends and use those insights in your work.
  • Work with PR, Social, Paid Media, eCom and Retail to keep creative consistent across touchpoints.
  • Help find and brief external photographers, creatives and producers.
  • Manage work within project-by-project production budgets together with production managers.
  • Lead post-production asset selection and retouching, and prepare and deliver final files.
  • Help write creative guidelines so global concepts can be executed regionally.
  • Design layouts and build final files for sales tools such as creative proposals, mood boards and internal documents.
  • Contribute strong creative ideas within the internal agency and support junior team members.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience across print, film, digital, retail and brand design.
  • Proven leadership experience, including guiding teams, mentoring colleagues and managing external partners and resources.
  • The ability to lead complex creative projects from strategy and design direction through production and delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of creative process, typography, colour theory, digital and interactive design, video storytelling and print production.
  • Advanced skill in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong strategy, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication, judgement and prioritisation, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience directing studio and location photoshoots in demanding, quick-moving settings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international trips.
  • Advantage: motion and 3D experience.

Conditions
