Description

The company builds AI that makes physical spaces respond to people. Its aim is a future it calls the Recognition Economy, where being recognised removes repetitive tasks and unlocks access, comfort and belonging.

Current work includes drive-in, drive-out parking for millions of members, with plans to extend the intelligence layer into retail and hospitality.

This role is the main quantitative partner to Growth Marketing leadership. You will work with large real-world transaction and behavior datasets to improve user acquisition, retention and gross profit, and explain your findings to stakeholders in Growth, Product and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Build, deploy and maintain predictive models for multi-touch attribution, customer lifetime value and customer acquisition cost efficiency, which guide how multi-channel marketing budget is split.
  • Run detailed cohort and retention analyses to find what drives conversion, repeat use and churn across the location-based growth funnel.
  • Own the growth experiment roadmap by designing, running and reading A/B tests, geo experiments, holdouts and incrementality studies on both digital and physical channels.
  • Work directly with Growth Marketing and Finance leaders on unit economics, defend marketing spend against gross profit targets and set channel growth goals.
  • Work with analytics and data engineering teams to define event tracking, build scalable growth pipelines and create automated executive dashboards.
  • Use current AI tools and analytics frameworks to turn manual analysis workflows into faster, higher-output processes.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, statistics or economics.
  • You have 6+ years as a data scientist or analytics lead, mainly in growth marketing, performance media or adtech.
  • You are advanced in Python and SQL for complex data work, statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • You have deep knowledge of growth measurement, multi-touch attribution, cohort retention modeling and LTV/CAC dynamics.
  • You have hands-on experience with experiments and causal inference, including A/B tests, geo tests, synthetic controls and media mix modeling.
  • You have strong business judgment and a record of working with senior executives in Growth, Product and Finance to produce measurable bottom-line results.
  • You communicate clearly, solve problems analytically and turn complex data into clear, actionable stories.
  • You have used AI tools to make static workflows more responsive and productive.
  • Plus: experience with AWS S3, SageMaker and Airflow on cloud platforms.
  • Plus: experience with cloud data warehouses and tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker and Tableau.
  • Plus: familiarity with media mix modeling frameworks such as Robyn and LightweightMMM.
  • Plus: hands-on use of scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch for user segmentation or churn prediction.
  • Plus: writing clean, efficient, robust and well-commented code for high-quality data science work.

Conditions

You will be on-site at least four days a week, as the company runs an office-first model for corporate staff to support in-person collaboration.

The anticipated base salary is $200,000 USD to $230,000 USD per year.

Actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, education, certifications or licenses, and where you live or work.

An automated employment decision tool may assess your candidacy against the listed requirements, and your data is kept as long as reasonably necessary, becoming part of your employee record if you are hired.

Benefits

  • Base pay is one part of total compensation, which usually also includes the following.
  • Healthcare benefits.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Basic life insurance.
  • Stock option plan.
  • Bonus plans.
  • Additional benefits beyond these.
