Description

The company is hiring a Senior CX/UX Designer for its team in Bitritto, within the Legal & Regulatory division.

Most of the work targets the company's Italian products, but you will also work closely with the wider international UX community to keep designs consistent with global standards.

In this role you will shape the experience of Italian legal software, taking complex initiatives from early discovery through to delivery. You will work on your own alongside Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders, linking customer needs, business goals and the broader setting in which legal professionals operate.

Fluency with AI is essential. You will bring AI into your daily design work and help create AI-enabled experiences that legal professionals can rely on.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large design efforts, promote user-centred methods and refine how the team works on UX.
  • Work with product teams and co-design partners to explore options, agree priorities and make sound design decisions.
  • Plan and run customer research and usability tests.
  • Combine qualitative findings with quantitative data to spot patterns, rank opportunities, track results and improve solutions.
  • Turn complicated workflows into clear journeys, interaction models, prototypes and detailed designs.
  • Look at how products and customer touchpoints connect so that experiences hang together.
  • Partner with Engineering during build, explain design choices and review the finished product for usability, accessibility and quality.
  • Find, prototype and test chances to add AI to current and future legal workflows, working with customers, Product and Engineering to judge user value and technical limits.
  • Use AI tools on your own to speed up exploration, prototyping, research synthesis and iteration, choosing suitable methods and checking outputs against source evidence.
  • Use and help build shared design systems, patterns and UX standards, and take part in design critiques with the local team and the international UX community.

Requirements

  • Experience designing complex software, linking product vision to delivery and owning design work from discovery through implementation.
  • Strong systems thinking: you can simplify information-heavy workflows and understand how products, user roles, data flows and operational limits relate.
  • You can spot where AI adds real value in user workflows and design simple AI-enabled experiences that cut complexity and improve results.
  • Skills in user research and usability testing, combining qualitative insight with quantitative evidence to set priorities and measure impact.
  • Proven AI fluency, shown through concrete examples of using AI in research and design.
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to win over senior stakeholders and explain your design decisions.
  • A portfolio showing your work on complex product problems, including evidence, decisions, trade-offs and outcomes. Be ready to talk through how you have used AI.
  • Experience with legal software or other regulated fields is welcome.
  • Professional English is required.

Conditions

Salary range: €34.100,00 - €52.000,00 EUR.

This role is eligible for a bonus.

The team works an Agile model in a hybrid setup, with flexible working hours.

The role is based in Bitritto. The salary range shown applies to that location. Applications from candidates based in, or able to commute to, other company offices in Italy are welcome; pay ranges vary by location and the range for the relevant office will be shared before interviews.

You may be required to attend an onsite session at a company office as part of recruitment.

Interviews must be completed without AI tools or outside prompts. Please remove virtual backgrounds, expect in-person interviews as part of the process, and note that AI-generated or third-party answers during an interview will lead to disqualification.

Benefits

  • Meal vouchers worth €8 per day.
  • Access to leading technology learning platforms, high-quality training and development paths through the internal GROW programme, knowledge-sharing communities and personalised IT training plans.
  • Chances to join international, cross-functional projects and exchange knowledge and ideas.
  • A strong focus on a positive work environment, support for people, and personal and professional growth within the Technology organisation.
