Requirements

  • You are a conceptual creative who understands that great brand work begins with a great idea and is brought to life through exceptional craft. You excel at turning business objectives, customer insights, and brand strategy into integrated campaign concepts that work across every channel and touchpoint. You are equally comfortable shaping a creative brief alongside Strategy as you are writing a manifesto, a film script, or a single line that defines a campaign.
  • You are an uncommon combination of big-picture thinker and meticulous writer. You approach every project with 360-degree campaign thinking, building ideas that are flexible enough to live across film, social, digital, out-of-home, web, and live experiences, and focused enough to remain clear and recognizable in each one. Copy is your craft, and you hold it to a high standard.
  • As Senior Copywriter, you will contribute to anything and everything that represents the company brand. Projects range from brand campaigns and product films to conceptual website copy and fully realized brand experiences. You will lead projects from strategy through final copy, and you will collaborate closely with filmmakers, strategists, designers, animators, and producers to bring your creative vision to life.

  • Explore and develop multiple creative territories, and recommend the strongest direction based on strategy and business objectives.
  • Translate the company' positioning and brand narrative into creative work that resonates with small and medium-sized business owners.
  • Copywriting Across Channels
  • Write across a broad range of formats, including manifestos, film and video scripts, voiceover, social, digital, out-of-home, website copy, and experiential.
  • Produce both long-form and short-form copy with consistent quality, clarity, and voice.
  • Write for the ear as well as the page, ensuring copy performs when read aloud, timed to an edit, or animated on screen.
  • Uphold and elevate the company brand voice across every piece of work.

  • Partner with Brand Experience, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content, Social, and Communications to extend campaigns across channels.
  • Creative Innovation
  • Explore emerging formats, platforms, and technologies that create new opportunities for brand storytelling.
  • Use AI tools to expand creative exploration and accelerate ideation, while applying strong editorial judgment to the final work.
  • Bring new ideas and perspectives to the creative team, raising the bar for conceptual and written craft.
  • How You Will Do Your Work
  • As a Senior Copywriter, your success is measured by the strength of your ideas, the quality of your craft, and your ability to lead creative work from concept to completion. In this role, your foundational knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal attributes are anchored in the following:
  • Conceptual thinking – develops original ideas that are rooted in strategy and built to work across channels
