Senior Content Specialist - Deals

Description

The company is hiring a Senior Content Specialist to help improve the quality and delivery of its Deals and Private Markets Data.

The role links business requirements with technical delivery, so content reaching customers is accurate, trusted and well governed.

You will help make sense of complex requirements, work with partners across the business, and deliver improvements that meet both market needs and customer expectations.

You will support product development, improve content workflows and guide data projects of varying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Document business needs, write detailed functional specifications, and guide content initiatives from planning through to implementation.
• Keep projects on track, check that improvements are delivered on time, and assess whether resources or funding are needed.
• Support the helpdesk on critical issues that need deeper content knowledge.
• Work with Content Operations to clarify policies and refine collection methodologies, and train teams on new processes, tools and updates.
• Identify how changes in markets and regulation could affect the content, and work with operations teams on process improvements and collection workflow streamlining.
• Maintain content quality that meets or exceeds internal benchmarks.
• Lead low to medium complexity projects and set your work priorities based on direction from managers.
• Understand, document and communicate end-to-end data flows for relevant content, from source to product, accurately and on time.
• Analyse varied issues using your knowledge of financial content, financial markets and the industry, along with a deep understanding of customers.
• Lead innovation and business process improvement projects.
• Build confidence in the company content proposition by strengthening the brand through customer and industry engagement.
• Mentor more junior team members, share technical expertise, identify skill gaps and deliver training in new and existing topics.
• Contribute to cross-functional or horizontal initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• A relevant industry certification, for example LSS Green Belt, FISD FIA or PMP.
• Moderate experience in a relevant technical or content specialist role.
• Career stage: Manager.
• You work well in collaborative settings, communicate clearly, and enjoy turning complexity into clarity.

Conditions

The anticipated annual gross base salary is 134,800 zł to 215,400 zł, and may vary by geographic location.

The role is eligible for the annual bonus plan, with the target bonus percentage set by role level and career stage.

Individual pay reflects job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
