Description

We are now looking for Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications planning team. Part of this role you'll be working in close partnership with Business & IT to design, develop, implement, and support the Anaplan Planning platform and its capabilities to enable Enterprise-wide Planning and collaboration. This role provides guidance and mentors other Anaplan Model builders to efficiently address business requirements in building solutions for forecasting and demand planning models, while providing leadership in the deployment of robust and scalable Anaplan models.

What you will be doing:

Design and deliver robust implementable solutions in Anaplan Modeling

Lead projects to implement new and improve existing functionalities that are already implemented at NVIDIA in Anaplan

Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions

Work directly with Business Users on gathering comprehensive User Stories and subsequently Design and Build new Anaplan Models

Serve as in-house Anaplan SME to promote adherence to Anaplan Model Building and Lifecycle Management Best Practices

Closely collaborate with Technical Teams to streamline the automation of Inbound and Outbound Data Interfaces In/Out of Anaplan Data Hub

Apply Anaplan technology solutions to help solve business challenges involved in supporting fast-paced company growth

Act as single point of contact between Business and IT Teams to promote, manage and expand the Anaplan footprint across the Enterprise

What we need to see:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management / Industrial Engineering, Computer Science subject areas, or equivalent experience

Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 Certification required. Master Anaplanner Certification preferred.

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise Performance Management, Demand Planning, and/or Supply Chain solutions

Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated ability with Anaplan software developing planning solutions in close collaboration with Business stakeholders, in the areas of Sales Operations Planning or Supply Chain Demand Planning in the High-Tech sector

Good hands on experience in Anaplan data modeling, master data management, and administration

Self-motivated, independent, and focused on continuous skill development and expansive learning

High level of interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under challenging timelines

Semiconductor / High-Tech industry demand and supply chain planning knowledge is preferred

Knowledge in SAP IBP and AI tools is a plus!

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.
