Work covers artificial intelligence, data and cloud, intelligent automation and digital products, with a focus on engineering quality.

The CEE team has close to 1,000 experts building applications, data platforms and AI solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks and Snowflake, and places weight on knowledge sharing and growth.

The team is hiring a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience for a project on complex distributed systems and large-scale transformation. The role suits someone who works across business, data and technology in multi-team settings.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements
• Turn business needs into user stories at both high and technical levels
• Help manage, refine and prioritize the backlog with Product Owners and development teams
• Work with at least 2 teams to keep solutions aligned and consistent
• Take part in large initiatives such as system migrations and platform transformations
• Review and support data models and relational database structures
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to shape scalable solutions
• Support testing, including requirement validation and UAT
• Keep documentation in Jira and Confluence to a high standard
• Help design solutions for web-based and distributed systems

Requirements

• Strong SQL and relational database skills
• Understanding of data modeling concepts
• Experience with distributed systems or platform-based architectures
• Experience on web-based system development projects
• Very good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Proven record in migration projects and complex IT initiatives involving several teams
• Experience on fixed-price projects
• Ability to work across complex system landscapes and integrations
• Strong experience writing user stories, both high-level business stories and detailed technical stories with acceptance criteria
• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Understanding of Agile methods
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Works independently and takes ownership
• Good team player
• Ability to identify and manage risk
• Comfort working with distributed teams and multi-system environments
• Ability to work with Scrum-based Agile delivery and fixed-price models
• Practical use of AI assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor to improve productivity, quality or decisions in software delivery
• Structured use of GenAI across the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns or tool integrations in daily work
• Interest in emerging AI practices such as agent-based workflows, automation patterns and AI-augmented development, and willingness to experiment beyond standard approaches
• Knowledge of the leasing or railway domain
• Experience with SAP systems
