Senior Business Analyst

Description

The firm is a personal injury and consumer rights law firm with over 6,000 employees across all 50 states, and this role sits in its Strategy & Operations team.

The Complex Litigation practice takes on large companies on behalf of consumers, and has recently handled data privacy cases against major tech and finance firms, veterans' claims against a large manufacturer, and settlements worth over $1B for people affected by disasters.

The company is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to find ways to make operations run more smoothly using AI, automation and smarter workflows, working with operational leaders to cut manual tasks, support better decisions and build solutions that scale across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to find, rank and roll out AI-driven process changes.
• Create and upkeep AI workflows built on Claude Code, Cowork and similar tools.
• Work with the engineering team on document review and information extraction workflows that use LLMs and automation to go through large volumes of records and correspondence.
• Build automations that link internal systems, transfer and reconcile data, and cut down on manual work.
• Draft, test and refine prompts and AI workflows so the output is reliable and high quality.
• Turn proven automations into reusable tools for several teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and operational reports in Power BI, Superset, Salesforce/Litify and Excel.
• Write SQL queries against Redshift to pull, transform and analyze operational data.
• Track how deployed automations perform and improve their reliability and business impact.
• Keep up with new AI capabilities and suggest new ways to improve operations.

Requirements

• 3, 6 years of experience in business operations, analytics, business intelligence, technical operations or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building working solutions with Claude, Claude Code, GPT or comparable AI platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce/Litify, Redshift or similar reporting and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and measurable results.
• Ability to juggle several projects in a quick-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Business, Computer Science, STEM or a related field.
