Do you have experience in B2B marketing and enjoy running international campaigns and events?
The company is hiring a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist to build campaigns, industry events and client experiences across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
You will sit within the global Marketing team and work with Sales, Partnerships, Industry and Marketing colleagues on activity that deepens client relationships, creates demand and supports growth.
The role is international and commercial, blending event marketing, integrated campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement. You will work with teams across countries, industries and markets and own initiatives from planning through to delivery.
You need solid B2B marketing experience, a record of running successful events and the confidence to operate across an international business. A background outside technology is fine, but you must understand how marketing supports commercial goals.
Responsibilities
Plan and run international B2B events across EMEA, such as industry conferences, client roundtables, executive networking sessions, webinars and partner-led activity.
Build and run integrated campaigns that bring together events, digital, content and targeted client outreach to support commercial growth.
Work with Sales, Partnerships and industry teams to learn their priorities, pick target audiences and design relevant marketing activity.
Own events end to end: planning, budgets, suppliers, venues, logistics, stakeholders and follow-up after the event.
Adapt global marketing initiatives for regional audiences while keeping the company brand experience consistent.
Support account-based and targeted marketing by building tailored campaigns and experiences for key clients and prospects alongside commercial teams.
Coordinate with international Marketing colleagues on content, communications, social media and digital so campaigns land together.
Measure and report on event engagement, lead generation, campaign results and contribution to the commercial pipeline.
Manage external agencies, suppliers and partners so work is delivered well, on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
You are a commercially minded B2B marketer with strong organisation skills, creativity, initiative and a record of delivering high-quality campaigns and events.
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation or a closely related area.
Hands-on experience planning and delivering B2B events such as conferences, client engagement events, industry forums, executive roundtables or partner events.
Experience running marketing campaigns or events across several countries or markets.
Experience working with Sales, Business Development or commercial teams on customer engagement, lead generation or growth.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle several campaigns, events and deadlines at once.
Experience managing event budgets, suppliers, agencies or external partners.
Comfort working with stakeholders across teams, locations and seniority levels.
An understanding of how to measure marketing effectiveness and use performance data to improve results.
Excellent written and spoken English for an international setting.
A proactive, collaborative approach: you take ownership, solve problems and turn ideas into working marketing activity.
Nice to have: experience in technology, IT services, SaaS, consulting or professional services.
Nice to have: experience delivering events or campaigns for senior decision-makers.
Nice to have: exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or targeted customer campaigns.
Nice to have: familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or similar.
Nice to have: experience supporting demand generation and measuring marketing's contribution to sales pipeline.
Nice to have: experience in a global or matrix organisation.
Relevant experience can come from many sectors and career paths, so the strongest signals are successful B2B event delivery, international marketing exposure and working well with commercial teams.

The preferred location is Iași, where an established Marketing team is based.
