This is a Senior AI Solutions Engineer role on the Marketing team, focused on the company's internal operations. You would work as part of a new, decentralized group of AI specialists.

The Marketing team is a global group that combines creative and analytical work. Its members work across time zones, track the metrics that matter, and look for friction in the customer funnel that marketing can remove.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI solutions for real business problems in the Marketing teams.
• Work directly with domain experts to understand their challenges, their workflows, and where automation or improvement would help.
• Design, build, and run AI agent workflows and integrations that help marketing operations scale.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and proven patterns with the wider cross-functional AI engineering team.
• Partner with the central AI infrastructure engineers to build solid, scalable solutions.
• Propose your own ideas and help shape the AI adoption roadmap for your area.
• Lead projects with a focus on outcomes and on technology that delivers measurable business value.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering and integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience trying out AI tools and building new AI-driven workflows that run in production.
• Proven understanding of the business, gained through a business-facing role.
• A solution-first mindset that cares more about solving the problem than about engineering for its own sake.
• A practical, curious approach and an interest in learning how complex business processes work.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
