Senior Application Support Consultant

Description

The company is a cloud ERP provider with more than 40 years of history, serving mid-market organisations built around their people.

The company is growing fast and describes itself as agile. This role sits in the support team in Wrocław and covers customers across EMEA and the UK.

The team has recently gone through changes and needs steadying. You will do senior, hands-on work while coaching colleagues and taking part in improvement work. You will also learn a second ERP product through a structured rotation.

Responsibilities

• Handle the day's incoming customer cases across EMEA and the UK
• Own escalations from start to finish so they are resolved promptly and properly
• Act as the go-to expert for difficult issues
• Mentor teammates and guide them when needed
• Run training sessions and build knowledge within the team
• Cover both first-line and advanced support in a flat team structure
• Balance day-to-day support with longer-term work such as mentoring and process improvement
• Join special projects and process improvement efforts
• Start on the ERP platform, then widen your knowledge to the second product through a rotation programme

Requirements

• Proven experience with ERP systems is mandatory, ideally in a financial module
• Basic SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to handle both routine cases and complex escalations
• Nice-to-Have: advanced SQL knowledge
• Nice-to-Have: experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
• Nice-to-Have: experience delivering training
• Nice-to-Have: previous experience handling escalations in a support environment

Conditions

Willingness to travel to the Wrocław office 2-3 times per year

Security clearance may be required for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data
