You will join the global digital technology unit of a healthcare company, a team of business-minded technologists who help shape its digital future.

The team uses artificial intelligence, data and scalable technology to strengthen how the company works and to support work that reaches patients worldwide.

The role is a senior, strategic position covering large digital initiatives, technical direction and support across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Give strategic technical guidance and set the direction for digital product development so it matches business goals and priorities.
• Define tasks and lead Medium to Large initiatives at the Product or Product Line level, coaching and leading team members as they grow.
• Work with stakeholder groups to agree mutual benefits and keep the technical strategy aligned with mid- to long-term company goals.
• Support technical initiatives across the globe, share knowledge at international events, CoEs and site activities, and bring in new ideas linked to technology trends.
• Work at Product Line, Chapter, Domain or Site level, building technical knowledge through publications, presentations and mentoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional collaboration to solve technical problems that affect the whole organization and to bring separate engineering efforts into line.
• Deep knowledge of software operations, performance tuning, scalability, cybersecurity best practices and modern development tooling.
• A track record of anticipating future technical challenges and setting company-wide best practices from code to production, while raising developer productivity.
• Strong ability to clear obstacles for technical teams, promote code quality and operational excellence, and improve software validation and quality management.
• Essential technical skills: MLOps, Docker and Kubernetes.

Conditions

The expected salary for this role, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit, is 228,900 PLN to 425,100 PLN.

Final pay depends on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications and location.

Separately, the posted gross salary range under the employment contract is 19,075 to 35,425 PLN.

The role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a 20% target, based on individual and company performance.

The company works on a hybrid model and currently expects employees in the office on average two days per week, with office days varying for workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings and other collaborative events.
